For Theresa, booking a boudoir session was about celebrating a chapter she never expected to face. After her double mastectomy, she wanted to honor her new body in a way that felt positive and empowering. What she didn’t expect was how much fun the day would bring - pampering, laughter, and a boost of confidence that made it feel more like a girls’ day than anything else. Theresa herself said it best:

Fun. I knew my pictures would be good and I had a great time with Julie and Ky. I was prepared and followed directions :) I have been excited to have this day - it was like having a girls day with friends. Hair and makeup with Ky - being pampered then pictures and chatting - a super fun day filled with smiles and positive energy.

I’d ask why they are on the fence, suggest they check out the website and social media accounts to see if what they wondering about or are uncertain about could be answered. And honestly do a consult call and tell Julie why you’re on the fence!

Theresa booked her boudoir session 11 months in advance - but she was so excited she couldn’t wait that long. She came in for a guinea pig shoot beforehand, which gave her the chance to soak up the vibe of the studio, connect with the team, and feel completely comfortable. By the time her big day arrived, she was ready to step fully into the experience.
