Grip and Glow: Miss Pole

Miss Pole waited four whole months for this session - and honestly? Worth every second. What started as curiosity (hello true crime + Playboy vibes ๐Ÿ‘€) slowly turned into something way more personal. This was her second boudoir experience, but this time it was fully for her.

She showed up a little nervousโ€ฆ got comfy during hair and makeup, trusted the process, and absolutely owned it.

Her why:

โ€œCombination of things; to be totally truthful, I had been watching a true crime series called โ€œPlayboy M*rdersโ€ (fascinating btw) and was really intrigued with the playboy set. But I also wanted to do another session (I had done one with a different artist) that wasnโ€™t influenced by my (now ex) partner. As I got closer, the motivation shifted more firmly to the latter rather than the former.

Her biggest concerns:

A little self-conscious about my skin (especially on chest/arms/shoulders) in terms of the shoot. Otherwise just some concerns about lodging/travel. Lodging/travel subsided once I got here. Skin concerns got easier as I let some more nude shots happen, but Iโ€™m curious to see final edits :)

her experience:

I had so much fun! It felt collaborative, creative, respectful. It was honestly more fun than I expected; the first one I did was fun too, but with Julie it was a little more personable which made me feel more relaxed, which I think then made the pictures turn out more true to who I am. Very glad I decided to go ahead with Julie and put a little extra time/effort/money into the travel. Staff were so easy to talk to, it really just felt like being with friends :)

To anyone reading:

Do it! Do it scared if you have to. Be open-minded and trust the process, but also know that Julie and other staff will be respectful and honor you, your choices, and your limits.โ€

THE GRAND FINALE:

And how it ended? Perfect.๐Ÿ˜ Miss Pole chose the Sapphire Collection, fell so in love with her images that she bumped herself up 12 extra photos, and upgraded to a luxury album to match.

Lots of laughs, creativity, and โ€œI love this.โ€ energy. Four months of waiting turned into a session that felt fun, freeing, and completely her.

Letโ€™s make it happen for youโ†“
