This last year and a half, my life turned completely upside down: moving, going through a divorce, becoming a single mom of two, taking on a nonprofit, stepping into a family business, and starting a brand-new job. I put myself dead last. I gained weight, I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, and honestly… my confidence was at an all-time low. I didn’t even want to look in the mirror.
